About Tomasz Wiśniewski
Hi, I'm Tomasz. My job at ACOUSTI is to help engineering and construction companies in Poland work better. I look at how things are done and figure out simpler, faster ways to get work finished. I've spent over 20 years in this industry, seeing a lot of different problems, big and small.
I started my career right here in Poland, working on various construction sites. That hands-on experience taught me what really happens on the ground. You learn quickly that plans look good on paper, but real life is always a bit messier. That's where I come in – making those messy parts run smooth.
My focus is always on practical solutions. No fancy theories or buzzwords. We talk about what's actually slowing you down, whether it's how your teams communicate, how materials are ordered, or just too much paperwork. Then we find direct ways to fix it.
